Prices and rights are locked to the selected product and license. Bundles automatically replace overlapping individual products when you choose to keep the better-value collection.

Your order confirmation identifies the product, SKU, license, and policy versions accepted. If a download fails, contact Eftsona support with the order number—never send payment-card details or sensitive inquiry records.

Retrieve every paid Eftsona publication and generate fresh, secure download links without creating another password.
Enter the email address used at checkout. If qualifying purchases are found, Eftsona will email a one-time access link.
The link expires after 15 minutes and can be used once. For privacy, the confirmation message is the same whether or not an address has a purchase record.
Download buttons receive new short-lived links whenever this page is opened. Closing access does not affect the purchased license.
Use the right license
Personal and household use is the base license. Shared, classroom, workshop, client, library, and institutional use require the appropriate wider license.
Choose the correct permission
Every purchase is licensed, not sold. The selected tier determines who may use the files; it does not transfer copyright, occupational standing, investigative authority, Academy enrollment, certification, or Academy rank.
For one purchaser and members of that household. Save, complete digitally, print, and reuse blank pages for personal or household inquiries.
Not included: classroom, client, employer, organization, workshop, library, public-program, or paid-service use.
For up to ten named users in one class, club, team, workshop, client engagement, or small business.
Not included: public posting, unnamed users, transfer to another group, resale, or multiple independent engagements unless expressly permitted.
For up to fifty named users within one legal organization and one operating location or defined program.
Not included: affiliates, unrelated entities, unlimited users, multiple locations, public distribution, sublicensing, or white labeling.
Required for broader users, entities, locations, languages, adaptations, programs, or terms. Rights must be stated in a written enterprise license.

Bookshop operating terms
Each listing identifies whether it is a digital publication or a physical good. Digital publications are delivered electronically; physical goods are made to order and shipped to the address supplied at checkout. By ordering, the purchaser confirms the selected product, applicable license or physical option, checkout information, and agreement to the Store Terms, applicable Digital Product License, Delivery/Return/Refund/Support Policy, and Store Privacy Notice.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes payment; Eftsona does not retain complete card numbers. Applicable transaction tax is collected only where an approved registration and checkout configuration are active.
Successful payment provides secure access to a digital customer package or authorizes production of the selected physical good. A digital purchase grants only the selected license. A physical purchase transfers ownership of that manufactured item, but not Eftsona’s underlying artwork, design, branding, or other intellectual property.
Products are educational and organizational tools, not legal, tax, medical, forensic, or law-enforcement advice. They grant no authority to enter property, record, compel cooperation, handle evidence, investigate, or act for Eftsona or a public agency. Purchasers remain responsible for lawful, safe use.
Eftsona may correct files, descriptions, prices, licenses, or systems. A purchase includes the delivered edition and any update expressly supplied; it does not create a lifetime-update obligation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Permission, not ownership
Eftsona retains all rights in the text, layouts, prompts, forms, graphics, compilation, marks, and package structure. Purchasers receive permission to use copies within the selected tier.
Save, print, complete, and reproduce working copies only for the licensed users and purpose. Completed records may be shared when lawfully necessary for that purpose, but not as blank competing templates.
A license is permission to use a publication. It is not a credential, membership level, professional qualification, agency relationship, assignment, or authorization for conduct requiring consent, licensure, legal process, or official power.
Delivery, corrections, and assistance
A successful order provides secure access to the current validated package. Payment confirmation, fraud review, an unsupported jurisdiction, or maintenance may delay delivery.
Duplicate purchases are refunded after verification. Corrupt or incomplete files are replaced first, with a refund if a functioning package cannot be supplied. Material listing differences are corrected, replaced, or refunded. Change-of-mind requests after access are ordinarily final, subject to mandatory law.
Physical goods are made to order. Customers must contact Eftsona before mailing anything back. Damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or incorrect items should be reported promptly with the order number and clear photographs so Eftsona can seek a replacement or refund. Wrong-address, wrong-option, and change-of-mind requests are not ordinarily returnable once production begins, subject to mandatory consumer law. Unclaimed returns may be held temporarily by the fulfillment facility and can require a new delivery charge.
Support covers order lookup, redelivery, package identity, file opening, fillable-field basics, printing basics, and license selection. It does not include legal or tax advice, device repair, investigation supervision, evidence review, or third-party software support.
Contact support@eftsona.com with the order email, order number, product, license, problem, device/application when relevant, and requested resolution. Never send complete card information.
Commerce data
Eftsona may receive names, email and billing/tax location, order identifiers, purchased products and licenses, prices, discounts, tax, payment/refund/dispute status, delivery status, support communications, device/browser information, IP-derived location, and policy-version records. Stripe processes payment credentials; Eftsona should not store complete card numbers.
To operate checkout, process payment, calculate tax where registered, deliver files, verify licenses, provide support, prevent fraud, handle refunds and disputes, preserve accounting/tax/copyright records, improve the store, and comply with law.
The operating default is seven years for order and tax records unless an adviser approves another period. Disputes, audits, chargebacks, investigations, and legal holds suspend ordinary deletion. Eftsona uses safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system is completely secure.

Bookshop assistance
After Stripe confirms payment, the Bookshop success page prepares secure download links. Save the files promptly; links expire for security, but expiration does not cancel the license.
Use a current PDF application that supports standard AcroForms. Browser and device viewers can handle fillable features differently.
