Initial Review
Eftsona will review the application for completeness and consider the educator role, institution or educational setting, professional contact information, and other eligibility information supplied.
Eligibility Verification
Most applications can be reviewed using the professional email address, institutional website, staff-directory listing, professional profile, or other information already provided. Limited additional information may be requested when an affiliation cannot be confirmed.
Decision and Next Instructions
If clarification is needed, Eftsona will contact you using the email address supplied. Approved applicants will receive information about their Educator Program recognition. Free Investigator membership does not require application approval.
Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. Additional verification or periods of high application volume may require more time. Monitor the supplied email inbox and its spam or junk folder for correspondence from Eftsona.
Do not resubmit the same application simply to check its status. If a material correction is necessary, use the Contact Form and identify the earlier Educator Program application clearly.

Provide additional documentation only if Eftsona requests it. Any supporting document should be limited to what is reasonably necessary and should have employee numbers, student information, barcodes, QR codes, home addresses, dates of birth, signatures, and other sensitive identifiers redacted.
Do not submit student records, protected educational records, or a government-issued identification document.
