What to Expect
Initial Review
Eftsona will review the application for completeness and consider the military-service or first-responder role, professional or service affiliation, contact information, and other eligibility information supplied.
Eligibility Verification
Most applications can be reviewed using professional contact information, an agency or department directory, a public professional profile, or limited supporting information already provided. Clarification or narrowly tailored documentation may be requested when eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Decision and Recognition
If clarification is needed, Eftsona will contact you using the email address supplied. Approved applicants will receive information about their program recognition. Free Investigator membership does not require application approval.
Review time varies according to verification needs and application volume. Monitor the supplied email inbox and its spam or junk folder for correspondence from Eftsona.
Do not resubmit the same application simply to check its status. If a material correction is necessary, use the Contact Form and identify the earlier Veterans & First Responders Program application clearly.

Do not submit an unredacted discharge record, government-issued identification document, medical record, personnel record, or document containing information about another person.
