Example: turn a family story into a bounded question

Illustrative intake example: a family remembers that a deceased grandfather lived in two different towns. A useful first question might ask whether supplied records support one particular residence during a named period. Include the name variants, approximate dates, and the documents already held. This is narrower and easier to match to a service than asking for every fact about the entire family.

A larger branch report may fit a different aim: documenting relationships across several deceased generations. Compare its limits with the material you have. A larger fee does not promise that missing records will exist or that every relationship can be established.

What happens after purchase?

Choose the question and review the time cap, privacy terms, and limitations. Complete private intake and checkout, then provide permitted documents through the stated upload process. Keep outside record costs under your control

No. Records can be missing, inaccurate, conflicting, or inaccessible. A documented unsuccessful search is part of the research result, not proof that the event never happened.
