Every investigation begins with a genuine question. We examine credible evidence, consider competing explanations, distinguish what is known from what remains uncertain, and follow the inquiry wherever the evidence leads.
We do not tell you what to believe. We give you the evidence to decide for yourself.

What Eftsona Is
Eftsona is built on a simple conviction: curiosity deserves serious treatment.
The Investigation Library examines questions drawn from the ancient world, history, nature and science, society, and technology and engineering. Some begin with extraordinary events. Others begin with ordinary details most of us have stopped noticing.
Eftsona is not designed to manufacture certainty or reward sensational conclusions. Its purpose is to make the evidence understandable, preserve the distinction between fact and speculation, and give thoughtful readers room to reach their own judgment.

The Eftsona Method
Every investigation follows the same essential discipline.
Begin With a Question
Each investigation starts with something overlooked, misunderstood, unexplained, or worth reconsidering.
Follow the Evidence
We use credible and relevant sources, examine context, and look for the connections that quick answers often miss.
Test Explanations
Plausible explanations are compared fairly. Evidence that complicates a conclusion is not ignored.
State the Limits
When evidence is incomplete, uncertain, or disputed, the investigation says so plainly. Better information should correct the record.
Decide for Yourself
Eftsona does not begin with a conclusion and work backward. The reader's judgment remains the reader's own.
